General Description:
Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the construction of the Fase1 facilities to be located on the 2nd floor of the San Jose Building in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The project has an area of 3,725 square feet of office space and 933 square feet of event space, for a total of 4,658 square feet.
This investment will be carried out with the assistance of the Puerto Rico Department of Housing through CDBG-DR – Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program funds. There are other program and award requirements that must be complied with. More specific details are contained in the solicitation documents, which may be obtained from the PRSTRT (https://prsciencetrust.org) or the CBDG-DR Puerto Rico website (https://cdbg-dr.pr.gov/en/). Interested contractors must register to receive the solicitation documents through the QR Code below or at https://forms.office.com/r/dBbv0AsA7G no later than July 18, 2022.
DOCUMENTS AND DEADLINES
Solicitation documents access will be granted from July 11, 2022, through July 18, 2022. Registered firms only will obtain digital access to the solicitation package. Any questions regarding the solicitation documents shall be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] no later than August 2, 2022 at close of business (5:00pm AST). We will hold a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit for all firms interested in submitting a proposal at the San Jose Building located at 1250 Ponce de León Ave., 2nd floor, San Juan, PR 00907 on July 19, 2022 at 10:00am. Proposals must be developed in accordance with all the requirements specified in the solicitation. An original copy of the sealed bid proposal shall be hand delivered to the PRSTRT Innovation Center facilities, located at 3rd floor, 105 Road 21, Km. 0.8, Monacillo Ward, San Juan, PR 00927 no later than (10:00am AST) on August 19, 2022.
