On March 31st, 2017 the entire PRST team had the great opportunity to appear before the Senate’s Economic and Social Revitalization Commission presided by Senator Hon. Zoé Laboy Alvarado to present all of its numerous achievements since its creation as well as its current programs and initiatives.  Afterwards, the Commission requested supplementary information concerning return of investment (ROI) for programs and other clarifications which were successfully handled.  On April 18, 2017, members of the Commission, including President Laboy Alvarado, attended PRST’s Small Research Grant Program Award Ceremony where they were able to participate and witness the value of our mission and vision.
